Cut out the fish shape
Unfold the paper
Cut a small triangle from the tail end if needed
Cut a small slit near the tail to make fins
Fold and shape the fins
Draw an eye and scales with the marker
Add extra paper pieces for fins or tail if desired
Glue on decorations if desired
