Use finely ground jowar flour
Sift the flour before using
Add hot water little by little
Mix and knead while the dough is warm
Make a soft, smooth dough
Cover the dough and rest it for a few minutes
Divide the dough into equal portions
Pat the dough gently with wet hands
Use a little water on the edges if needed
Roll lightly or press with a cloth if preferred
Cook on a hot tawa
Flip when small spots appear
Cook both sides evenly
Press gently with a cloth or spatula while cooking
Apply ghee after cooking to keep it soft
Keep the rotis covered in a cloth after cooking
