Go to the profile, Page, or group you want to unfollow
Click or tap Following
Select Unfollow
On the Facebook app, tap the three dots on the profile or Page
Tap Following
Choose Unfollow
To unfollow from your News Feed, click the three dots on a post
Select Unfollow [name]
To unfollow multiple people or Pages, go to Settings and privacy
Open Feed preferences
Select Unfollow
Choose the people, Pages, or groups you want to unfollow
