Hand-pull or dig out plants, removing all roots and runners
Repeat removal regularly to exhaust regrowth
Mow or trim surrounding grass to keep it dense and competitive
Improve lawn health with proper watering, fertilizing, and overseeding
Apply a selective broadleaf herbicide labeled for Creeping Charlie
Treat in fall when plants are actively moving nutrients to roots
Reapply herbicide as directed on the product label
Use a non-selective herbicide only on areas where killing all vegetation is acceptable
Dispose of pulled plants so they do not re-root
Monitor the area and remove new growth promptly
