Lay the dollar bill flat with the front side facing up
Fold the bill in half lengthwise, then unfold it
Fold the left and right edges inward toward the center crease
Fold the top corners downward to form the upper curves of the heart
Fold the bottom point upward slightly to create the heart’s bottom indentation
Tuck or adjust the edges so the heart shape holds its form
Press all folds firmly to sharpen the shape
