Power on the Motorola phone
Enter the SIM PIN if prompted
Go to Settings
Tap Network & internet
Tap Mobile network
Tap Advanced
Tap Access Point Names
Tap the menu icon
Select Reset to default
Go back to Mobile network
Turn Mobile data on
Turn Airplane mode off
Restart the phone
Remove and reinsert the SIM card
Check that the SIM is active
Contact your carrier if the line still does not open
