Open your banking app or Zelle app
Go to your Zelle activity or payment history
Find the payment you want to cancel
Check the payment status
Cancel it if the status is still pending
Confirm the cancellation when prompted
If the payment is completed, contact the recipient or your bank immediately
If needed, contact your bank’s customer support for help
