How To Pickle Garlic?

Peel the garlic cloves

Sterilize a clean glass jar

Pack the garlic cloves into the jar

Add optional flavorings such as dill, peppercorns, chili flakes, or bay leaf

Combine vinegar, water, and salt in a saucepan

Heat the brine until the salt dissolves

Pour the hot brine over the garlic

Make sure the garlic is fully submerged

Seal the jar tightly

Let the jar cool to room temperature

Refrigerate the jar

Wait at least 1 to 2 weeks before eating

Keep the pickled garlic refrigerated after opening
