Open the YouTube app or website
Sign in to the account with the Premium subscription
Go to your profile picture
Select Purchases and memberships
Find YouTube Premium
Select Manage membership
Click or tap Cancel membership
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation message or email
Keep using Premium until the current billing period ends
