Check that your printer supports color printing
Load color ink or toner cartridges
Open the document or image you want to print
Select Print from the file menu
Choose your printer
Open printer properties or preferences
Set print mode to Color
Disable grayscale or black-and-white printing
Select the correct paper size and type
Click Print
Replace empty or low color cartridges if needed
Run a printer test page if colors do not print correctly
