Cut a healthy leaf into 2–4 inch sections
Mark the bottom end of each cutting
Let the cut ends dry and callus for 1–2 days
Plant the bottom end of each section in well-draining soil
Keep the soil lightly moist, not wet
Place the pot in bright, indirect light
Wait for roots and new shoots to form
Divide mature plants by separating the rhizomes
Replant each division in its own pot
Use a pot with drainage holes
Avoid overwatering during propagation
