Open Steam
Select your username in the top-right corner
Click Account details
Select Profile
Click Edit profile
Change the display name (profile name) field
Save changes
Note: If you need to change your Steam account name (account-level), use Steam Support to request a name change if available for your account
If you’re trying to change a Community profile name, repeat the Profile → Edit profile steps and update the display name there
