Open Gmail
Click the gear icon
Select “See all settings”
Go to the “General” tab
Find “Undo Send”
Set the cancellation period
Scroll down and click “Save Changes”
Send the email
Click “Undo” immediately after sending to recall it
If the undo period has passed, the email cannot be recalled
If needed, send a follow-up email to correct the message
