Go to the Google Account sign-in page
Enter your Gmail address and click Next
Click Forgot password?
Follow the verification steps shown on the screen
Enter the recovery phone number or recovery email if prompted
Enter the verification code sent to you
Answer any additional security questions if required
Create a new password
Confirm the new password
Sign in to your Gmail account with the new password
Update your password on any devices or apps using Gmail
