Use a Gem Remover item if your modpack includes one
Open the item’s gem socketing interface
Select the socketed gem you want to remove
Confirm the removal if prompted
If no remover is available, use an Apotheosis gem removal mechanic from your modpack or server rules
Check the item tooltip for any required removal cost or conditions
