Place the cursor anywhere on the page you want to remove
Press Ctrl+G
Type page
Press Enter
Click Close
Press Backspace or Delete
If the page is blank, turn on formatting marks with Ctrl+Shift+8
Select the paragraph marks, page breaks, or section breaks on the blank page
Press Backspace or Delete
If the page is caused by a table at the end of the document, reduce the font size of the final paragraph to 1 pt
Set the final paragraph spacing to 0 pt before and after
If needed, delete extra page breaks or section breaks from the document
Save the document
