Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart on the screen
If Restart is not shown, tap Power off
Wait for the phone to turn off
Press and hold the Power button again until the Samsung logo appears
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together for about 10 to 15 seconds
Release the buttons when the screen goes black and the Samsung logo appears
