Open Facebook and go to your Page or professional profile
Click Create post
Write your post and add any media
Click the dropdown arrow next to Publish or the scheduling option
Select Schedule post
Choose the date and time
Click Schedule
To edit or manage scheduled posts, go to Publishing tools or Meta Business Suite
Open Scheduled posts
Make changes, reschedule, or delete as needed
