Open Zoom and join or start a meeting
Click the Share Screen button
Select the screen, window, or app you want to share
Click Share
If prompted, allow Zoom screen recording or screen sharing permissions
Use the toolbar to pause, annotate, or stop sharing
Click Stop Share when finished
