Blow your nose gently and often

Rest with your head elevated
Use preservative-free artificial tears if your eyes are irritated
Wash your hands and avoid rubbing your eyes
Seek medical care if symptoms are severe, last more than a few days, or come with fever, trouble breathing, or eye pain
