Check that the main water shutoff valve is fully open
Check that the water meter valve is fully open
Inspect the pressure-reducing valve and adjust or replace it if needed
Clean or replace clogged faucet aerators and showerheads
Replace corroded or clogged old pipes
Check for leaks in pipes, fixtures, and toilets
Test the water pressure with a gauge
Contact your water utility if the incoming pressure is low
