How To Do Fried Ice Cream?

Scoop ice cream into firm balls

Place the scoops on a tray lined with parchment paper

Freeze until very hard

Crush cornflakes, cookies, or cereal into fine crumbs

Mix the crumbs with cinnamon and sugar

Beat eggs in a bowl

Roll each frozen ice cream scoop in the crumb mixture

Dip the coated scoop into the beaten eggs

Roll it again in the crumb mixture

Freeze again until solid

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer

Fry each scoop very quickly until golden

Remove and drain on paper towels

Serve immediately with toppings if desired
