Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you
Put a small amount of filling in the center
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water
Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle
Press out any air around the filling
Seal the edges firmly
Bring the two side corners together
Overlap or pinch the side corners to secure the shape
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling
