Download or print the form from your account
If you cannot access your online account, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213
Ask for a replacement SSA-1099 or SSA-1042S
Visit your local Social Security office if you need in-person help
Request the form by mail if online access is not available
Wait for the form to arrive if you receive Social Security benefits and the IRS filing season has begun
