Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap your follower count
Find the follower you want to remove
Tap Remove next to their name
Confirm Remove
Block the user if you want to prevent them from following you again
Set your account to private to control future followers
Restrict or mute users if you want less interaction without removing them
Report the account if it violates Instagram rules
