Craft a beacon using 5 glass, 3 obsidian, and 1 nether star
Place the beacon on top of a solid pyramid made of iron blocks, gold blocks, diamond blocks, emerald blocks, or netherite blocks
Build at least a 3×3 base layer for the pyramid
Make sure the beacon has a clear view of the sky
Open the beacon interface
Insert one iron ingot, gold ingot, diamond, emerald, or netherite ingot
Select a primary power
If the pyramid is large enough, select a secondary power
Confirm the selection to activate the beacon
Keep the beacon unobstructed so it stays active
