How To Make Chicken Tikka Curry?

500 g chicken, cut into pieces

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

2 onions, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 cup cream or coconut milk

Fresh coriander leaves

Mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt

Marinate for at least 1 hour

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds

Add onions and cook until golden brown

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly

Add tomato puree

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt

Cook until the oil separates

Add marinated chicken

Cook until chicken is done

Add cream or coconut milk

Add garam masala

Simmer for a few minutes

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
