How To Make Paneer Paratha?

Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough

Cover and rest the dough for 15 to 20 minutes

Crumble or grate paneer into a bowl

Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, cumin powder, and garam masala

Mix well to make the stuffing

Divide the dough into equal balls

Roll one dough ball into a small circle

Place some paneer stuffing in the center

Bring the edges together and seal the stuffing inside

Flatten gently and dust with flour

Roll into a paratha without tearing

Heat a tawa or skillet

Place the paratha on the hot tawa

Cook until small bubbles appear

Flip and apply ghee or oil

Cook both sides until golden brown and crisp

Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter
