How To Make Chili Sauce?

2 cups tomatoes, chopped

2–4 red chilies, chopped

2 cloves garlic

1 small onion, chopped

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

Blend tomatoes, chilies, garlic, and onion until smooth

Heat oil in a pan

Pour in the blended mixture

Add vinegar, sugar, and salt

Simmer on low heat until thickened

Stir occasionally

Cool before serving
