Oil for frying
Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Beat eggs in a separate bowl
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour
Dip chicken in eggs
Dredge again in seasoned flour
Press coating onto chicken
Heat oil to 350°F
Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through
Drain on a wire rack
Serve hot
