Gather wire, pliers, tape, sheer fabric, scissors, glue, elastic, and decorations
Bend the wire into two wing shapes
Twist the wire ends together at the center
Make a second matching wing shape
Attach the two wings together at the center
Cover the wire frames with sheer fabric
Trim away excess fabric
Secure the fabric to the wire with glue or tape
Add glitter, ribbon, flowers, or other decorations
Attach elastic straps to the center for wearing
Let all glue dry completely before use
