3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced or chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Kalamata olives
1 block feta cheese, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives in a bowl
Add feta cheese on top
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and black pepper
Toss gently and serve immediately
