Roll the dough out thin with a rolling pin or pasta machine
Fold or dust the dough with flour, then cut into thin noodle strands
Separate the noodles and dust lightly with flour
Boil the noodles in salted water for 1 to 3 minutes
Drain the noodles
Add the noodles to hot broth or serve with your preferred toppings
