How To Make Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies?

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F

Line baking sheets with parchment paper

Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl

Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth

Beat in eggs one at a time

Mix in vanilla extract

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients

Stir in chocolate chips

Scoop dough onto baking sheets

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes

Remove when edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked

Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
