Open Safari
Tap the Downloads button in the toolbar if it appears
Tap the down arrow icon in the address bar or toolbar
View downloaded files in the Downloads list
Tap a file to open it
Open the Files app
Go to the Downloads folder in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone/iPad
Check Safari settings to confirm the download location if needed
