Open Google Chrome
Go to the website that needs camera access
Click the lock icon in the address bar
Select Site settings
Find Camera
Change the permission to Allow
Refresh the page
If prompted, click Allow for camera access
Check that your camera is connected and turned on
Close other apps that may be using the camera
Open Chrome settings
Go to Privacy and security
Click Site settings
Click Camera
Select the correct camera device
Make sure the website is not blocked in the camera permissions list
