Call the number on the sticker attached to your card
Use the Chase Mobile app to activate the card
Sign in to Chase Online Banking and follow the card activation steps
Make a purchase with your card and use the PIN if prompted
Withdraw cash at a Chase ATM if activation is available there
Remove and discard the activation sticker after the card is activated
