Open your Google Docs document
Place the cursor where you want the bullet point
Click the Bulleted list icon in the toolbar
Type your text
Press Enter to add another bullet point
Press Enter twice to stop the bullet list
Use Ctrl+Shift+7 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+7 on Mac to create a bulleted list with the keyboard
