Open your Google Docs document
Place the cursor where you want the bullet point
Click the Bulleted list icon in the toolbar
Type your text
Press Enter to add another bullet point
Press Enter twice to stop the bullet list
Use Ctrl+Shift+7 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+7 on Mac to create a bulleted list
Use the Format menu, then Bullets and numbering, then choose Bulleted list
Select existing lines of text and click the Bulleted list icon to turn them into bullets
