Open your PowerPoint presentation
Select the slide you want to add notes to
Click the Notes pane at the bottom of the slide
If the Notes pane is not visible, go to View and select Notes
Click inside the Notes pane
Type your speaker note
Repeat for other slides as needed
Save your presentation
