Download the font file
Unzip the font file if needed
Open the font file
Click Install or Install for all users
Restart PowerPoint
Select the text you want to change
Open the font dropdown
Choose the installed font
Save the PowerPoint file
If sharing the file, embed fonts in PowerPoint settings if available
