Sign in to your myAT&T account
Go to Profile or Account settings
Select Users, Permissions, or Authorized Users
Choose Add Authorized User
Enter the person’s name and required details
Review the permissions you want to grant
Confirm and submit the request
If needed, call AT&T customer service at 800-331-0500
Be ready to verify your account information
Ask the authorized user to bring valid ID if visiting a store
