Confirm you have a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Copilot
Make sure your Outlook app is updated to the latest version
Sign in to Outlook with the work or school account that has Copilot assigned
Open Outlook on the web or the desktop app
Look for the Copilot button in the ribbon, toolbar, or message window
If Copilot is missing, check with your Microsoft 365 admin to enable the license
Verify that your organization has enabled Copilot in Microsoft 365 admin settings
Restart Outlook after licensing or settings changes
Use Outlook on a supported platform and version
If needed, reinstall or repair Outlook to refresh available features
