Sign in to Netflix on your TV or streaming device connected to your home internet
Open the Netflix app on the device you want to add
Make sure the device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Netflix Household
Select Get Help or Need Help if prompted
Choose Update Netflix Household or Set Netflix Household
Confirm the household using the on-screen steps
If prompted, verify the device with the account owner
Keep the device connected to your home Wi-Fi periodically so Netflix can recognize it as part of the household
If you do not see the option, sign out and sign back in on the device
If needed, update the Netflix app to the latest version
If the device is outside your home, use a temporary travel code if available on your plan
