Sign in to your Netflix account
Go to Account
Under Membership and Billing, select Cancel Membership
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or your cable provider, cancel through that provider instead
Download any viewing history or account information you want before closing
Check your email for confirmation that the account was canceled
If you want to fully close the account, contact Netflix Customer Service after canceling the membership
