Open the Netflix app or go to Netflix.com
Sign in to your account
Search for the movie or TV show you want
Check that the title supports downloads
On a mobile device or tablet, tap the Download icon
Wait for the download to finish
Open the Downloads section to watch offline
To download on a Windows computer, use the Netflix app from the Microsoft Store
Select the title and click the Download icon
Make sure you have enough storage space and an active Netflix subscription
