Start playing the title on Netflix
Open the audio and subtitles menu
Select Off under subtitles
If subtitles stay on, check your device’s accessibility settings and turn off captions there
On mobile or TV apps, use the playback controls or remote to open subtitle settings and choose Off
On a web browser, click the speech bubble icon and set subtitles to Off
