Start playing the movie or show on Netflix
Open the playback controls
Select the Audio and Subtitles icon
Under Subtitles, choose Off
If Off is not available, select the current subtitle language again or choose another profile setting
On TV, use the remote to open the subtitle or audio menu and set subtitles to Off
On mobile, tap the screen, open Audio and Subtitles, and turn subtitles Off
On a browser, click the speech bubble icon and select Off
