Select the cell or range where you want the drop-down
Click Data
Click Data validation
In the Criteria section, choose Dropdown or Dropdown from a range
If using Dropdown, enter the list of items
If using Dropdown from a range, select the cell range containing the items
Choose whether to show a drop-down list in the cell
Set the validation behavior if needed
Click Save
Click the cell to use the drop-down list
