Turn on the printer and make sure it’s connected to the same Wi‑Fi network as your iPhone
Open the app you want to print from (Mail, Photos, Files, or another app)
Tap Share (or the export icon)
Tap Print
Select your printer under Printer
Choose options if available (copies, pages, color/black and white)
Tap Print (or the top-right Print button)
If you don’t see your printer, tap Select Printer and refresh the list
If prompted, enable printer access/permissions in Settings > Privacy (if applicable)
If the printer isn’t listed, add it in Settings > Wi‑Fi (confirm network), then try again in the app
If still not listed, add the printer using the printer manufacturer’s iOS app, then try printing from that app
If your printer requires AirPrint, confirm the printer supports AirPrint and is on the same Wi‑Fi network
To print from a different network, enable the printer’s remote/Cloud printing feature (if supported) and use the manufacturer’s app
